2. Contents

Goal 1: Promoting the acquisition of childcare leave will be higher than or equal to the level forward. Male employee: one person or more.

《Countermeasure》
・In the whole morning meeting at each offices or stations we will announce to employees that even one's wife is a full-time housewife he can get the child care leave.
・We will carry out the announcements by means of built-in intranet connection and well-known built-in bulletin boards.

Goal 2: Promoting the thoroughness of the no-overtime days implementation.

《Countermeasure》
・It will be announced that every Wednesday is the no-overtime day by means of built-in intranet and built-in bulletin boards.
・Depending on the circumstances of the business, if one can not practice on Wednesday, s/he can use it any other day of the week.

Goal 3: Promoting the acquisition of the special 2-day leave at the time of birth of the child.

《Countermeasure》
・In the whole morning meeting at each offices or stations we will announce that the employees can take this special 2 day leave apart from child care and nursing leave.
・We will carry out the announcements by means of built-in intranet connection and well-known built-in bulletin boards.
