1953Factory incorporated as Mizuno Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
1968Plant relocated to Shinyoshida-cho, Yokohama.
Company name changed to Japan Automatic Machine Co., Ltd.
1970Haramachi Plant established in Haramachi, Fukushima
1974Tanshi Plant (Terminal Plant) established in Haramachi, Fukushima
1976Company head office and Yokohama Plant relocated to Nippa-cho, Yokohama.
1982Toyojamco, Ltd. established in TX, USA.
Iwaki Plant established in Iwaki, Fukushima.
1983Company head office relocated to Shimomaruko, Tokyo.
